Beta indicates recent changes that may evolve based on usage and feedback.
What's changed
View Order banner stays visible while scrolling
When viewing an order, the View Order banner now stays fixed at the top as you scroll through different tabs. You'll always know you're in view-only mode, no matter where you are in the order.

Deceased patients now display correctly
Previously, patients marked as deceased wouldn't appear in the patients list under any conditions. They now display correctly when "Include Deactivated Patients" is toggled on. Automatic deactivation for deceased patients is coming soon.

Improvements
Dispensing
Order Verification
PV2 verification now handles orders with multiple prescriptions more smoothly, correctly transitioning them to ready-for-dispense, ready-for-shipping, or ready-for-pickup based on each prescription's status.
Navigation & Layout
The View Order banner no longer scrolls out of sight, keeping view-only mode clearly indicated at all times.
Payments & Invoicing (Beta)
The "Invoice to Company" option is now hidden once payments have been made, preventing edits to B2B invoices. Payment history also displays order IDs and patient information more clearly.
Compounding
Linked Orders (Beta)
Linked orders using the "Both" option now behave more predictably. Groups with fewer than three orders are automatically dissolved, and scope settings stay intact when editing orders that are already linked.
Fixes
Dispensing
Payments (Beta)
Payments through North for amounts over $1,000 now process correctly, resolving an issue that could cause these transactions to fail.
Orders & Pickup
The Ready for Pickup queue no longer has issues when medication names or other details are missing.
General
Patient Records
Patients marked as deceased now appear correctly in the patients list when "Include Deactivated Patients" is toggled on. Automatic deactivation of deceased patients is still in progress.
Other Changes
General
Payments & Transactions
Restructured how credit card transactions relate to orders and patients, laying groundwork for payments that apply to multiple orders.
