Due to some large feature pushes, some significant refactoring, and longer span between Staging Environment deployments, this update focus on large themes of changes rather than the traditional task level detail.

Payments

Significant refactor to the payments code to support new features and User Experience.

  • Added support for Partial Payments

  • Improve the order of the checkout flow

Queues

Refactored and enhanced several of the queues in the system, PV1, PV2, and Order Queues

  • Cleaned up controls around what data should be editable depending on status

  • Refactored the columns of the Order Queues

Orders

  • Added ability to cancel orders

  • Added ability to create new orders based on completed orders

  • Added visual indicator when an Order is locked by another user

  • Enabled the creation of Draft Orders and save them when all of the required information is not yet available

  • Enhanced the View Orders screen for better visibility of details regardless of Order Status

Shipping

Added several new shipping features

  • Added ability to create shipments

  • Implemented ability to print shipping labels

  • Improved address validation and integrated with ShipEngine

  • Added support for special instructions, e.g., refrigeration

Scanning

Improved scanning workflow and added support for scanner hardware

  • User experience workflow improvements to scan and move on to next item efficiently

Pricing

  • Added pricing rules and discounts

Compounding

  • Enhanced Make Log functionality

NetSuite

Began a concerted effort to integrate the NetSuite integrations

  • Added ability to configure pharmacies as Subsidiaries and Locations

  • Implemented synchronization of vendors from NetSuite

  • Added posting of Chemicals and Devices to NetSuite under the correct Subsidiary

Additional Enhancements

  • Enabled Pharmacist Override while editing a prescription, manually adjusting inventory, and merging patients

  • Added support for Over-the-counter (OTC) Products

  • Enabled Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) level tracking

  • Added the ability to create User abbreviations for Prescription Labels

  • Began the work on Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction management, including the Accounts Receivable (AR) screens

  • Improved WorkOS data integrity
