Devices
The Devices page is located in the Compounding side of the app. From this page, you can manage, view, or update all inventory related to pharmaceutical devices.
Devices may also be managed and displayed in the Formulas section of the app. They are visible when viewing the Devices tab on the formula record, in addition to the Devices tab when creating a log entry.
Note: I think it's worth mentioning that some elements of devices can be managed via parts of the Formulas pages, but I want to be mindful of a single source of truth.
Devices Search and Search Results
Navigating to the Devices page from the Compounding Dashboard displays the Device Search and Device Results sections.
The Device Search section includes a number of search fields that may be used to filter and search for specific device records. These search results appear in the Device Results table below.
The results are displayed in [TBD] order by default. Each device displays the following information in the table columns:
Name: The device name.
Unit Type: The relevant unit type for the device.
Package Cost: The device package cost. (To do: Confirm what this looks like as there are examples.)
Search results can be sorted according to the categories listed at the top of the table by clicking on the three dots ( ⠇) to the right of each column title.

From Devices
To add a device, click the + Add Device button in the upper right corner of the page.
On the Create Device form, enter the relevant information into the fields available, starting with Device Name and Unit Type.
Once all fields are complete, click Save Device.
From Formulas > Devices
For more information on adding a device from the formula record, visit Formulas > Add a Device.
