How-to: Adding a prescriber address

Navigate to the Addresses tab and click the + Add Address button.

On the Create Prescriber Address form, select the appropriate Address Type from the related dropdown field.

Enter the relevant Street Address into the related field. Note that as you enter the street address, updated autocomplete results appear in the dropdown menu below. Select the appropriate address once it appears in the results.

After all fields are complete, click the Save button.
